Cancellations Before Shipment  

You may cancel an order under these conditions:  

• The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.  
• Cancellation requests must be sent to our customer support team via email.  
• Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

• Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.  
• However, you can return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.    
   

Modifying Existing Orders  

• Changes to products or delivery addresses after placing an order are not allowed.  
• To make modifications, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new order.
