By purchasing on our platform, you agree to follow the return and refund procedures outlined below.  


Return Eligibility  

To be eligible for a return:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must accompany the returned item.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team.  
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.    
     


How to Initiate a Return  

  • Submit Request: Email your return request including your Order ID and reason for return to corpexiasolutions@gmail.com.  
  • Provide Evidence: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photos to help us process the return efficiently.  
  • Follow Instructions: After approval, detailed instructions will be provided to complete the return.  

Note: Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be declined at our discretion.  


Refund Process & Timeline  

  • All returned products are inspected to confirm compliance with our return policy.  
  • You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or denied.  
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is successfully completed.    
     


Partial Refunds  

If a returned item partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

  • Submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.  
  • Include clear photos or videos of the issue and email them to corpexiasolutions@gmail.com for faster resolution.
